Meditation & Breathing Practices

A special capture of Carolyn breathing in the light on sunrise, it is one of her favourite meditation practices.

When We Balance Our Breathing, We Balance Our Life

  • When we meditate our body functions better, we calm our nervous system taking ourselves out of the flight and fight response. Our left and right-side brain synchronise and our brain becomes a sponge for new learning, optimal function and razor-sharp alertness. Our organs relax as they are saturated by oxygen. We feel calm, grounded, resilient and light.

  • On an energetic level we are raising our vibration and becoming more aware of a much deeper world. We connect with the vibration of all of Creation. We operate in a much lighter place, in flow, with greater expansion in our perspective and knowing.

  • Meditation is supported by the latest neuroscience data. Calm breathing practices improve both body function, immune system health, mental health, emotional health and brain function.

How We Breathe Changes How We Live

Our Breath …

  • Promotes Calm. Diaphragmatic Breathing takes the body out of the stress response. Resets the body when in the flight and fight response and promotes calm.

  • Improves Mood & Immunity -Breath focus is a tool assisting self-regulation of emotions and behaviour, aiding energy restoration. It increases the grey matter of the brain, promoting optimism and positivity. A positive mindset also supports a  strengthened immune system.

  • Supports Cognitive Function - Generates brain synchronicity, meaning the left and right sides of the brain work together to engage imagination and creativity alongside reasoning and analysis.

  • Aids Memory Recall - Increased grey matter which supports greater memory recall, pivotal for building confidence in learning and developing learning pathways.

  • Supports Optimal Learning & Creating - Creates calm, alertness and razor-sharp focus, perfect for learning new concepts or embracing your passion.
