The Teacher:
Carolyn Hickey has 18 years as an educator and wellbeing leader supporting young people, their parents and teachers within the secondary school system and within her wider community. Carolyn has a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership, Wellbeing. She has developed successful programs and pilot studies on the benefits of regular Breath Centred Meditation in schools to support overall wellness, stress management and quality learning. Carolyn is a Hatha Yoga and Meditation Teacher (500 Hr), she is a mother, an aunt, a daughter and a sister. Carolyn is a born intuitive and medium drawn to assist parents and intuitive children to grow together. Her Journey with meditation not only helped heal her of chronic pain after a high impact trauma it has also reactivated her higher senses and strengthened these natural gifts.
