2020 has been a powerful year of change, a striking of the match year in many ways lighting things up or burning things down.

The New Moon reaches its darkest around midday on the 19th. It is an opportunity to release old energy, make space around your heart and plant seeds of intention for the path ahead.

The Leo New Moon offers an opportunity to look at your heart your spirit home and ask yourself where you can release to make more space for beautiful self to expand out into the world.

I often find New Moon's deeply healing, embracing the opportunity to release and start anew under the growing light of the building moon as it approached its fullness and light.

This is an opportunity to take some time for you

To relax in your own space, with a cosy tea, journal and candle

Be nourish energetically in sacred meditation for release and deep healing.

To be part of a supportive community, safe to release, shed, let go and journey forward.
