  • Many of us have some restrictions in our structures, injuries or considerations that may need a little bit more support whilst you progress on your personal journey.

  • Practice in nature or in the privacy of your own home with equipment provided

Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to prepare body, mind and spirit for the special journey of pregnancy, the birth experience & motherhood .

The pregnancy journey is unique for each woman, your body is transforming in many wonderful life giving ways. At the same time some of these physical, emotional and energetic changes require nourishment, appreciation and self care.

Prenatal yoga celebrates your body and the creation taking place. Care and consideration is made to holistically support you and your body’s needs. There is a focus on listening within and responding to those parts of your body that may be asking for some release or strengthening.
