Join me for a personal meditation experience, gathering on the beautiful lands of the Secret Garden in Fountaindale, on the Central Coast.

We will explore breath centred meditation to steady the mind, regulate the nervous system and restore a natural state of wellness to the body.

This practice is for everybody, mixed ages and stages. Meditation is a great way to bring more radiance, health and flow into your life. It reduces stress, improves brain function one’s quality of life.

We have a flexible supportive community environment, and the space is surrounded by healing gum trees. Come grab a cuppa, exhale and gift yourself a moment to breathe.

This is a guided practice that we explore step by step, whether you have 4 mins or 7 mins or longer taking a breath 2 - 3 times a day is a game changer.

I have trained in meditation with over 500 hrs of yoga teacher and life coach training. I have 9 years’ experience sharing this knowledge and over 20 years in educational leadership specialising in mental health and wellbeing in youth and adults.
