Your breath is a powerful gift, that when embraced effectively can change you physically, emotionally, and energetically. Breath can help you to return to inner peace. It steadies the mind and allows your energy to reset and restore. Breath eases distress in the body and can shut off the pain. Deep belly breathing resets our overstimulated nervous system and takes us out of the fight and flight response. It nourishes the body, oxygenates the organs, and promotes optimal health by supporting the body’s natural healthy function.
Meditation opens you up to a deeper, richer energetic, and spiritual life. When we slow down & quieten the mind, we can turn our focus within to reconnect with our true self and hear our intuitive voice and guidance once again.
The term ‘studio’ refers to the workplace of an artist. A space where the artist develops their craft. You can build this space in your life. Make wherever you are your studio, the place to practice the art of ‘taking a breath. My mission is to support you in building this studio in your life to ‘turn your life into a Masterpiece’.
